A brief introduction to the roller bearing
The spherical roller bearing has two rows of rollers, which mainly bear radial load, and can also bear axial load in any direction. With high radial load capability, it is especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but it can not bear pure axial load. The raceway of this kind of bearing outer ring is spherical, so its aligning performance is good, and it can compensate coaxiality error.
There are two rows of symmetrical spherical roller, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways which are inclined to the axis of the bearing. It has good adjusting performance. The bearing can still be used normally when the axis is bending or installing the inconcentric. The adjustable heart is different with the bearing size series, and the general adjustable angle angle is allowed. The type of bearing is 1~2.5 degree, and the bearing capacity of this type is larger. Besides the axial load that can bear radial load, the bearing can withstand the axial load of two-way action, it has good impact resistance. Generally speaking, the working speed of the roller bearing is low.
The roller bearing is divided into two different structures, which are symmetrical spherical roller and asymmetrical spherical roller. The asymmetrical roller bearing is an early product. At present, it is mainly for mainframe maintenance service. When the new design host is designed, the symmetrical roller bearing is seldom used, and the internal structure is fully improved. And parameter optimization, compared with the early production of the adjustable roller bearing, it can bear a larger axial load. The bearing has a low operating temperature, so it can meet the requirements of higher speed. According to the difference of the inner ring and the different retainers, the two types can be divided into two types and CA type.
Type of roller bearing:
The spherical roller bearings are divided into cylindrical inner holes and conical inner holes.
The cones of the conical inner holes are at 1:12, the K roller bearing (type 153000 or 113000) and the adjustable roller bearing named K30 at 1:30. When the bearing is matched with the conical shaft, the inner ring moves along the axial direction, and the radial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted.
Adjustable roller bearing post code:
The tapered bore spherical roller bearing with rear designation K and K30 is installed on the matching tight sleeve, then it becomes the rear code K+H and K30+H bearing. The bearing can be mounted on the optical axis without shaft shoulder, and is suitable for occasions requiring frequent installation and dismantling of bearings. In order to improve the lubrication performance of bearings, there are annular oil grooves in the bearing outer ring and three oil holes evenly distributed. The rear code is W33.
